Texas Real Estate Continuing Education Courses and Packages Online

Real estate licensees in Texas are mandated to complete 18 hours of continuing education (CE) courses every two-year licensing period. Additionally, all licensees must take the 4 hour Legal Update 1 course and the 4 hour Legal Update 2 course. These credits will be counted toward the 18 total hours.

A broker who sponsors sales agents, the designated broker of a business entity, or a sales agent who is a delegated supervisor of one or more license holders for six months or more during the current license cycle must also complete a 6 hour broker responsibility course as part of the 18 hour CE requirement.

NEW AGENTS ONLY: Within two years of obtaining your real estate license in the state of Texas, for the first time, you are required to finish 90 hours of Salesperson Apprentice Education (SAE). Sales Apprentice Education Courses are different than Continuing Education courses. Click the link here to view SAE Courses.
